If you're not able to download your files from your purchase page, don't worry! An email is on its way shortly with all your files, plus instructions on how to dive into your new book. If you haven't received anything in 10 minutes (check your spam!) don't worry, send us an email and we'll have it fixed for you.
You can usually expect your refund to be processed within 48 hours on our end, and then you'll need to add any additional days your provider will take to process.
Unfortunately used coaching sessions are non-refundable. Unused package sessions are fully transferrable and will never expire (unless otherwise stated).
Check each Retreat FAQ to understand what the refund policy is for that particular retreat. Refund/cancelation policies may vary.

REFUNDS

YOU CAN GET A EVENT REFUND IF: YOUR EVENT WAS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED

When you're entitled to a refund

You’re entitled to a refund if:

An event has been cancelled or rescheduled.
If the event has been cancelled, we’ll send you a text to let you know, and automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method – no refund request required.
If an event organiser reschedules an event and you can’t make the new date, just request a refund, and we’ll send you back your money.
The event organiser explicitly tells us to refund your tickets.

In each of these scenarios, we’ll refund the full cost to your original payment method, and the money should hit your account in five to 10 working days.

If you decide you don’t want to go to an event anymore, or something gets in the way of you attending, we’re afraid we won’t be able to offer you a refund. In that case, why not use our send to a friend function to make someone’s day?
