Mike McGinnes - Massage
Mike has been practicing for over 15 years, graduating from the D’Arcy Lane Institute in 2007, but his passion for massage began much earlier in life, becoming the goto for friends and family by age 14. Throughout his career, Mike has worked in an array of settings, from chronic pain rehabilitation centers to high-end spas in Toronto, enabling him to develop his skillsets in both relaxational and therapeutic modalities. Mike’s treatment approach is analytical in nature. Drawing from Eastern & Western, holistic & medical approaches, he customizing each treatment to be the most effective for each client’s presented concern with an added educational component. Mike has furthered his education by studying myo-fascial release, IASTM/Gua Sha, Pre/post-natal, therapeutic cupping, craniosacral, sports massage, level I neurokinetic therapy (N.K.T), breathwork, dry needling, and medical/traditional chinese acupuncture. He strives to provide the most comprehensive, client-centered treatments.

Thomas is Deidre's boyfriend, and a wonderful man. He's happy to help her in the kitchen, and they're such a great team together it simply made sense to bring him on as a much needed helper.

At my Relaxation Retreat, your time is yours to fill, with each attendee having the opportunity to schedule a daily one-on-one session with my attending Coaches and me at their leisure.
At the Working/Fun Women's Retreat are taking your mental and physical Wellness into our Award winning hands! Your nutrition, movement, and mental health are our focus. You'll be taking part in a 5 night experience guided by an Award winning Life Coach, Award winning nutritionist and fitness coach, and a Massage Therapist with 17 years of professional experience and an intricate knowledge of the human body.
We've added more support staff to serve you, group excursions to make sure we're taking full advantage of our gorgeous tropical surroundings, and several workshops and activities designed to help grow your mind, body, and spirit.
